Machinery and Heavy Equipment Division

 

Description of the work of the division

It is concerned with the study of equipment and machinery, light and heavy, that run on fuel (gasoline and gas oil) and methods of maintenance based on scientific standards. The division's cadre consists of three engineers and four technicians.
Study period: two academic years
Training and academic courses hours in first class (1080h/year)
 Training and academic courses hours in second class (1088 h/year)
 
The division consists of workshops and laboratories
1- Machines electrical laboratory: It specializes in maintaining, checking and connecting the electrical system of equipment (petrol - gas oil) using the latest simulators and testing devices.
2- The fuel laboratory: concerned with the maintenance, and connection of the fuel injection system (gasoline - gas oil) using the test simulators and testing devices

3- The hydraulic laboratory: concerned with the maintenance, and connection of the hydraulic system.
4- Technical workshop: carrying out inspection and disassembly, as well as assembly of engine parts.
5- Transmission workshop: Inspection, disassembly and installation of transmission devices such as gearbox, steering system, excel...etc of transmission devices.
